How big a file can I send for free?
Up to 10 GB per transfer, with no account. You watch one short ad to get your link (two for transfers over 2 GB).
How long do download links last?
Free links last 12 or 24 hours. Paid plans keep links up to 30 days, or up to 90 days with a storage add-on. Files are deleted automatically when the link expires.
Do recipients need an account?
No. Anyone with the link can download the files, one by one or all together as a zip.
Can I send whole folders?
Yes. Drop a folder anywhere on the page. Its structure is kept, and recipients can download everything as one zip.
Are files scanned for viruses?
Yes, on every plan, including Free. Programs, scripts, documents and archives up to 95 MB are checked with the ClamAV antivirus engine before anyone can download them. If malware is found, the whole transfer is blocked and deleted.
Where are my files stored?
Files go straight from your browser to encrypted Backblaze B2 cloud storage over HTTPS, and are deleted when the link expires.
How much do paid plans cost?
Starter is $9 a month for 250 GB per transfer, Pro is $15 for 1 TB with password protection, and Ultimate is $24 for 2 TB. Paid plans have no ads for you or your recipients.
